Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

BAD Results with my Breast Augmentation and Lift

Please confirm with my pictures!!! If you want surgery to enhance your breasts, you should not come to Dr. Soto. In just a few months my breasts went down again, my scars were always swollen and red and he never put a treatment, today I suffer with that. I asked him for 400CC before my surgery and he put what he wanted, only 300CC and I knew it after waking up from the anesthesia. I am planning a lawsuit him for plastic surgery malpractice. The last time in him consultation I asked for him help about my bad results and he just wanted to charge me again. Money is more important than the happiness of him patients.

I am sorry you are not happy. On the other hand, I know with absolute certainty that in my office, we always follow The Golden Rule, treating our patients with the kindness and respect we would want for ourselves and our loved ones. I also know that our processes and routines would make it impossible for any patient to go into surgery without a clear understanding of the risks and limitations of the procedure they are choosing- especially the risk of failure to achieve their desired result despite our best efforts. Further, I know that we always- both verbally and in writing- educate all of our patients on the importance of the doctor-patient relationship and their role in the success of the procedure. In other words- I could be the very best surgeon in the world, but when my patient doesn't follow instructions the outcome is necessarily limited and the risks necessarily elevated. I cannot make you immune from the consequences of things you do (or do not do) at home. When this leads to a diminished outcome, of course I am always willing to help- but no professional should be expected to work for free when the patient's behavior (or circumstances out of the professional's control) causes the problem. Because I can be certain of these facts, I can only conclude that you are not really a patient of my practice. If you are, and are just venting here because you are frustrated, I understand- but would encourage you to realize (for this, as well as for the sake of all of your future health care experiences) that the quality of your care will depend on the relationship you cultivate with your provider, their skill and experience, AND your willingness to follow instructions. And if you are really a patient, I would encourage you to (instead of this non-productive online hostility) return to discuss how we could more closely approximate your goals. Whatever you decide, I hope you find peace and happiness.
