The results I was looking for!

I had a mini lift and implants eleven years ago from another cosmetic surgeon in the area that did not turn out well. I had severe asymmetry and capsular contractur on one side. Everything I wore looked crooked. I felt self conscious when I would train at the gym because I looked so obviously lop-sided :( It was really embarrassing. I am an NPC national figure competitor and always had a difficult time with the top of my suit fitting correctly. No amount of glue or tape seemed to keep the girls where they needed to be, and I got marked down as a result of what looked like an ill-fitting suit but what was really just a bad boob job :(

I decided I couldn't wait another year to get a revision so I started looking around for surgeons in the area. I had some very interesting consults- a wide range of fees up to $18,000 to remove and replace my implants and do a lift! Some wanted to use mesh and I did not want any more foreign objects in my body. One had me undress and checked me out only to then tell me he no longer does breast work and that his partner would have to do it and they would need to do it in two separate surgeries! Taking two weeks off of work is hard enough to recover from one surgery!

Then a friend of mine recommended Dr. Vath. She knew two friends who were very happy with their results. My husband and I made a consult appointment. Dr. Vath was explained that what I needed was a surgery he performs day in and day out and is not as complicated as some had said. He made us feel comfortable that I would be in good hands and after speaking to Kari in finance (friendly and professional) and receiving a very reasonable quote, we decided to schedule.

Day of surgery the nurses were very friendly and I felt relaxed and excited to finally get my revision. The nurse who gave me my IV was so good I hardly even felt it and I am not a needle person! All went well during the procedure and I went home to recover for the next couple weeks.

My healing has gone smoothly and I am excited to get back into the gym. My tops fit perfectly now and the shape and size fits me perfectly. I definitely made the right decision and should I decide I could use a little cosmetic improvement in other areas, I will definitely go back to Dr. Vath and his friendly, professional staff.
