After finding out that the individual that made all the decisions on my breast/mental health/life/financial situation was not certified in any way by the Florida Department of Health, I filed a complaint only to find out that there’s a loophole. She’ s Considered a medical assistant, and therefore is not regulated by the Department of health. Meaning she can not be regulated. Perhaps there should be a lot that plastic surgeons If you will be in the hands of an unlicensed CERT and unregulated person.

OMG! It seems that the U.S. is not safe anymore for plastic surgeries. Let's go to Columbia or Korea.

So does that mean that in Florida unlicensed people can work with patients?

Yes. That’s another loophole. a medical assistant does not require any schooling just training from the doctor. She’s working with, but she must be supervised and cannot perform certain medical procedures. Nevertheless, Noelia Capovilla made every decision regarding my breast and wellbeing. She leached me two days in a row on the second day July 1. She asked if she could leave me outside while I wait for my ride so she can go to Costco and I suffered a severe face forward fall in front of their building. The statue states that they must act in an emergency in a professional and ethical manner. She never did. if I would’ve known that I paid $17,000 to be in the hands of a person that has never studied sacrificed or paid for any courses. There is no way I would have let her come near me. For those that are seeking a Plastic Surgeon. Please ask before you pay who will be taking care of you and making decisions in your best interest. She told me I could not come in earlier to check my breast that were turning purple on the second day because she was booked. Who is she? She is no one in the medical field yet she held the power to make decisions on my breast. She said she was a party of eight and did not have the time or money to go to school that she needed to attend to her children, her mother and her her boyfriend and his children. What about my family and she is currently still working. I bet she never told anyone that I gave her $100 bill on July 1 early in the morning before she started me leeching me.
