Biggest mistake - ended up developing multiple infections

I don't even know where to begin. Dr Ary Krau is definition of an “instagram doctor.” If you want to be looked at as a quick money grab instead of a patient, book with him. I received a breast lift and implants with Dr Krau in January 2022. After the procedure, during my postoperative visit I noticed one of my nipples was a dark purple and the other wasn’t. Dr Krau did not seem concerned with this discoloration so neither was I. I thought it was maybe just a bruise. Oh how I was wrong. It was actually necrosis. I didn’t find out what it was until over a week later when I had another plastic surgeon look at it. I consulted another surgeon because the purple nipple was starting to turn an even darker purple. I had been sending pictures to Dr. Krau and his PA, Victoria, since my post operative visit to update them on what I thought was a bruise - they never informed me of what was really going on. With that being said, I knew something wasn't right. Why was one nipple turning darker in color while the other was starting to looking normal again? The surgeon that I consutled informed me that my skin had died and I was going to lose my nipple. Guess what? That is exactly what happened. I also ended up developing multiple infections. Getting this procedure done with Dr. Krau was one of my biggest regrets. I got this procedure to increase my self confidence and feel better about myself. I am now more self conscious then ever. Dr Krau and his office did nothing to help the situation either. I had to blow up their office phone trying to get a hold of someone. Not only that, I had multiple friends calling only to be put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, I immediately flew back to Miami to meet with Dr Krau to discuss what was next. Only for him to walk in the room for 30 seconds and say “wow this is not the outcome we were expecting.“ His PA also admitted that during my post operative appointment, they knew I had necrosis. They just never told me. HOW CRAZY IS THAT!!!! They let me think I had JUST a bruise for a week!!!! I would not recommend anyone booking with him. Please do your research, look at his other reviews, don’t go off his instagram. You will make the biggest mistake of your like like I did.
