He put in a larger implant without consulting me

This is important for anyone doing a breast life with Dr. Wigoda. I went in for a consultation and explained to Dr Wigoda exactly what I wanted. My breasts lifted and brought in and showed him with my hands and photos. he told me he could do that. I paid for a full breast lift and when my surgery was done, I did not receive a breast lift with incisions bringing my breasts up and nothing to bring them in. Dr. Wigoda put in a larger implant (I was already a DD) and moved my nipples. He made this decision without consulting me ahead of time. i would never have done the surgery. I did not want larger breasts, i wanted a full lift. My proposal says full breast lift. He argued back and forth that he could never do what I asked which is totally incorrect. He said he could not do another surgery and would not even provide a partial refund. This is totally unethical to do a different surgery than what was promised because he thought he could achieve an improvement a different way. I would NEVER had changed my implants nor spent 10,000 for what I received. The proper thing to do would have been to either do the correct surgery or provide compensation. Very disappointed with Dr. Wigoda. I went to him before for a different type of surgery and I never had this type of problem. I would not do a breast lift with him and be sure you have in writing exactly how the procedure will be done ahead of time.
