Had a lift - very unhappy

I had breast implants over the muscle 15 years ago and was very happy with them. I had 3 children and breast feed for over 4 years so they started to sag.
I figured it was time to put them back where they belong and start the next chapter in my life with new boobies.
6 months ago I had a breast lift and implants placed under my breast muscles. I was a 34C (330cc) and asked for at least the same size.
Today, I am very unhappy with the look of my breasts and considering having them redone or at least having implants placed over the muscle instead of under the muscle to avoid the breast deformity when I move my arms around. I also want them larger.

So sorry to hear that. Do you have any pre-op pictures? Is your surgeon offering to assist with fixing the issue?

The surgeon thinks he did a good job and says it only looks like this because it's under the muscle. Doctor says he had to go under muscle since I needed a lift. I'm currently interviewing other surgeons to have a site changed to over muscle and larger implants. The surgeon is offering a slight discount for this surgery but I'm not sure I want to use him. I will tag the doctor once I decide what I'm doing.

And I never thought I would have to have another surgery six months later. Ugh.

Had a revision a few weeks ago from a different doctor! What a difference. I love it. They look amazing. He went under the muscle and did some fat graphing.

You should start a new review of your revision and tag the new Dr. in it. Hope all is well. Happy continued healing dear.

Mind if I ask the name of the new surgeon?

Oh wow! The exact same thing has happened to me too, similar circumstances and same procedures as after having my implants for almost 20 years over the muscle I changed to larger implants under the muscle with a lift.
Although mine are larger as in wider on my chest they hardly project and are like two pancakes on my chest, so I’m now searching for a surgeon to have them replaced and made much bigger! I loved my first ones and like you I was thrilled with them as they changed my life, so expected replacing them I’d be ecstatic second time around!
I hope you are able to find a surgeon that will give you the results you want and that you will make you happy again!!! Sending you Lots of Love and Best wishes!!! XOXOXOX

Same happened to me! What surgeon did you go to have them replaced? Thank you

You poor sweetheart that you have to go through this again but I’m hoping you get the results you want and deserve.Did you go to the original surgeon from your initial augmentation ? I don’t mean to seem hurtful but your before photo looks great. Your after photo is not acceptable and I would not let him or her go near you again. You should definitely be reimbursed and then some for pain and suffering considering you have to go through it again. I wish you all the luck and I’m sending you the best wishes.

According to several doctors I interviewed it’s best to leave the placement you originally had so you don’t cause problems.
I just went 365 saline to 520 silicone a month ago.
Since I lift weights my right implant/ breast shifted an inch to the right close to my armpits. Honestly I could have not gone bigger and kept my original implant but I really wanted my boobs to be close and I was having discomfort when laying on my left side..
But overall I’m happy.
