Downsizing with a lift! 650 UHP Inspira to 375 Inspiras SSM!

I have scheduled yet another augmentation! I have regretted how big I went for awhile and am finally going to fix it!! I saw Dr. Vath in April, and let him know I was sick of looking like a porn star LOL! I let him know thy were perfect, and exactly what I had asked for, but I hated them. I'm so sick of how I look in swimsuits and having to alter everything to fit my small body and giant boobs. I've just become so self conscious of them, and have really been focusing on working out. They just in fit my lifestyle anymore.When I met with Dr. Vath he asked how small I wanted, and asked I I wanted to go back to 440s. I said no, those are too big! He said I could only go down to 375 ccs (I think) because I will have too much skin on the top. I will have been a year since I've seen him so I will meet with him again at my pre op appointment, March 30, to discuss details! Then my my surgery will be on April 13!!!!! I can't wait to just have smaller nice boobs!! I'm waiting a year to I can pay cash. Sometimes it stinks to be responsible! Be gone giant boobs!

I’m so excited! I actually had my pre-op two weeks ago, and my surgery is tomorrow at 9 am!!! I seriously can’t wait!! I asked to see the implant I have next to the on I’m getting and got a picture. They didn’t have a 650 uhp, so in the image it’s a 615 uhp and a 375 moderate. The difference will be even bigger!! I’ll post an update after!!
