Day 1
My original consultation was March/2016. I went in was excited, even put $500 deposit down. Then I got intimidated and backed down for a few years. Which now leads us up to his past Friday, when I finally gave in and schedule my pre-op appointment.
The new CG building is state of he art! 3yrs ago I did my original consultation at another location. I was happy to see he upgrade. Made me feel confident that the business must be doing well and service a lot of patients.
1. I signed-in
2. After 3hrs I am called to be seen by the staff to do my labs and for me to sign my pre-op documents. And even then I still waited an additional 30 mins.
3. After signing documents, the payment coordinator couldn’t find my payment receipt from 3yrs ago, verifying my deposit payment.
4. After a while payment was finally located , photos were taken , labs were done , documents was signed and I was ready to go 4hrs later.
Patience is required!
