Crescent lift, an internal lift, a capsulectomy on the right breast, 400cc HP micro textured Mentor implants

Everything went well, honestly the lypo that Dr did that he needed for coverage of the new implants was more painful than the lift at first. Day 2 post op and now my boobs are hurting worse but that's to be expected. I didn't need a drain as previously thought so happy I don't have to deal with that. I can already see my boobs are looking great and are only going to get even prettier as they drop so I'm very excited and so pleased so far. I can't see the result ls of the lypo yet as I'm still swollen and bruised from that. I will keep updating as and when there is progress. Pictures below, please excuse the bruising but it's to be expected for the extra work he had to do inside there.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Dr Serrurier today, he is very upbeat and welcoming and explains everything very well and in detail. He's very thorough in his exam and really makes you feel confident in your surgery. He doesn't sugar coat anything and is very honest which I love. He explained to me that not only do I have a grade 2 capsular contracture but that both my current implants were inserted back to front which explains why they are not round from side view and why I can feel a firm thing under my nipples that presses in the a plastic bottle popping back out. We know they we inserted backwards and did not flip and they have had this appearance since the last surgeon did them (as soon as he removed the bandages I noticed it). It's been noted that my breast tissue is very thin (about 1cm/less than half an inch) so he is going to liposuction fat out my love handles and lower stomach and use it to cover the surface of my implants and also use to to give better symmetry. I will be having a Crescent lift, an internal lift, a casulectomy on the right breast, 400cc HP micro textured mentor implants, correction of nipple size and stem cells inserted into my frown lines as a free bonus.

So tomorrow I have my consult with my surgeon for my breast lift with implants. I currently have implants that I'm not happy with as the previous surgeon put in bigger implants to create the same effect as a lift as he said I was too young for all the scars. Needless to say that surgery was dis2and the results were nothing like a lift and my nipples and still too low and I seems to hVe a bad capsular contracture on my right breast I'm in constant pain. It hard conpared to my left breast which is sitting slightly lower. So 6 years later I am now finally going to have an actual lift done with smaller implants (550cc down to 385cc implants). My surgeon has rave reviews and he performs reconstructions regularly on woman who have had mastectomy's so that added level of skill soothes me. I'm really excited for my appointment. It likely he will schedule my surgery 4 days after this consult. Woohoo. Tomorrow I'll post an update with my before photos
