I'm 50 years old, my face looks like it's early 40's but my neck.. oh my.
I had saline implants 20 years ago but after nursing my 2 kids the nipples had literally melted down the implant..I'm sitting outside my surgeon office now waiting to be called up.. (covid19 rules). So I thought I'd post my before photos .A week prior to my surgery Dr Baxter deflated the saline from my implants .. so you will see. The old implants, the deflated boobs and my neck

Day 3 lots of swelling lots of bruising.

Less incisional pain today but lots of pressure and swelling. Still need the narcotics but less than yesterday.
Scale shows I am up 6 lbs from my pre surgery weight and I can feel the additional fluid in th swelling around my neck and face but also around my abdomen, chest and back. Will be putting the compression wrap and bra back on immediately..

One week post surgery... lost of bruising and swelling but doing well

A week later I am only taking Tylenol. Saw Dr Baxter who was happy with my healing and progress .. and I am very happy!
On my neck there is still a lot of swelling and bruising particularly on the right side, but you can also begin to glimpse a firmer neck and tighter jaw line.. the sutures in front of my ear are completely invisible and the ones behind my ear are in my hairline and will become unnoticeable in a few weeks as the suture dissolve. The only evidence of my neck lift will be the incision under my chin to tighten my platysma bands..
and ahh my Boobs!! Having had saline implants for 20 years that were like hard rocks to have such soft bouncy boobs a week out is joyful or me. They are MUCH bigger than I was aiming for, we choose a 325cc implant and wa hoping to be no more than a full C. Dr Baxter tells me that along with the residual bruising from the surgery, there is still a swelling that will reduce. But these currently look as big or bigger than my old DD, albeit they have a much more pleasing shape..and there are no guarantees with cup size..
Posting my neck lift photos, then boobies, then a video showing their movement, my old boobs looked, felt and moved like Barbies boobs, in other words rock hard and locked in place.
FYI. My surgical tape came off in the shower last night, so replaced it with silicone tape.

Glad all is going well for you!! I can't imagine doing so much movement with my breasts a week after surgery!!! I was so careful for a couple montgs

Wow, so brave. I love that you are so open. That is rare! Please keep us posted. Mountlake Terrace is in my neck of the woods so I would consider that doc.
