Breast Lift with 450cc HP Implants

I have continually referenced RS throughout my decision to move forward with a breast lift with implants. I have had difficulty finding those that are the same build as I, so I’m hoping that my story/pictures will help others. I am 5’7” and weight 172, currently a 34D-my surgery is schedule for this Friday 4/6/18. I have always had decent size natural breast and I now want a more “fake” look-not to mention a MUCH needed lift. I want the spacing between my breast and for them to sit high on my chest. I tried rice sizers and water bags trying to figure out what size to go with. In working with my surgeon for the look I am going for, we decided on 450cc HP. He did advise that this is large considering the amount of breast tissue I currently have. He states to obtain my desired look, the 450cc HP would be needed. I’m VERY nervous-what if they are too big??? I have heard of others stating that they wish they had gone larger-I’m scared of the opposite, what if I should have gone smaller? Size of the implant was by far the toughest decision.
I am very nervous about the recovery. I took a week off work and am terrified it will not be enough time-as I do not have a sit down type of job. My husband is super supportive and we have everything ready for the recovery process, as he will be caring for me. I have posted some before pictures.

Here are a few wish boobs-my PS said that I may require a bigger implant for some of these, but think I’ll stick with the 450cc.

Sugary was this morning-had to be there at 0545 for a 0700 start. I was very nervous, but the surgical facility staff was AMAZING and made me feel more at ease!!! The anesthesia staff gave me a patch behind my ear for nausea, as I have a history of being sick after anesthesia. I was not nauseated at all after surgery and was able to have my husband stop at Panera Bread for a bagel on the way home. On the way home and once we got home I was very tired and slept for a couple of hours. I was able to get up and move around some in order to eat dinner. I have read on RS that tomorrow and the next day are going to be much more painful. I am going to take pain pill before bed in hopes that it will get me through the night-just Incase!! Unable to see anything, as I am still bandaged up!!
