Lift & Implants / 29 Years Old, 5’9, 165lbs / Silicone, SSF, 450cc, Unders

I'm finally healing so well & and absolutely LOVING, like legitimately, head over heels in love with my results. So much so that I recently booked and went through with a boudoir shoot! I'm adding a simple & fun iPhone photo taken BTS @ my boudoir session -- the picture was edited by me & not at all a reflection of the photographer and her completed work.

BUT Y'all, I'm laying DOWN in that photo and I STILL have that roundness/upper fullness with very upright perky nipples, just like a cherry chilling on top of the best sundae you've ever had the pleasure of seeing. This is completely opposite of my post-op boobs...those breasts would've been flat, deflated sacks sliding into my armpits with zero upper pole fullness!

I'm. So. Stoked.
I cannot recommend Dr. Setty & his staff enough! In fact, a close girlfriend of mine just booked her consult with him after a year+ of not being able to find the right PS for her. And the GREATEST thing about this is that I just 100% KNOW that she won't be disappointed.

Post-Op went well! I’m having a little seepage under my left breast, but nothing of super concern, just going to watch it for now and hope it stops ASAP. My right breast has already dropped a bit which is nice. Today I bought a couple of zip up sports bras that I can wear in place of my surgical bra for the next two weeks, which will be super nice to be able to rotate those! All is well & good so far thanks to fantastic Dr. Setty & his fab team!!

My bralette comparison — before on top, after on bottom. The REAL impressive part is where my nipples are located in each! In the before photo, my nipples are way on the bottom almost tucked under, and in the after, they’re riding high barely being covered by the bralette itself! I’m absolutely loving my results & I’m beyond excited knowing that they’ll only get even better over the next year!
I had 90 grams of tissue taken out of my natural breast, and 450cc SoftTouch HP implants placed under the muscle VIA an anchor incision. My implants are still riding high & feeling like they’re sitting in my armpits. My bruising has faded from dark purple/blue to reddish/yellow.
I’m really wishing we could edit our “reviews” aka *posts on our timeline*, although maybe I’m just not understanding how to do so? I’d like to streamline my updates, it’s kinda driving me crazy that they’re all over the place.
I will continue to update with photos as I heal and progress! My post-op appointment is on Monday the 30th, fingers crossed for great news regarding my healing progress!
