47 Yo Mum of 2, with No Volume at Top of Breasts

Two days out from my surgery date, have read countless reviews and have found them helpful. It’s hard trying to imagine the outcome when you’re looking at others, sizes they have had and trying to find one that’s has had the same procedure. I’m looking to have a crescent lift of the nipple rather than lollipop or anchor style lift, hopefully no lift if the volume of the implant fills my saggy boobs. For me the scars on my breasts would make me decide not to do this, even tho I have caesarean and appendix scars. I feel my breasts are still a good size (C) however they have nothing at the top of the breast which is why I am going to get this done. I’m, 5’6” 63.5kg and probably the best physically I’ve been in my life, so hoping the new boobs will make me feel more confident naked. I’m hoping for a full D cup (younger me size boobs), I am not going under the muscle. Will make final decision regarding size with my doctor on the day, probably around 350-400?HP. Both my surgeon and his staff have been very easy to deal with, I feel that I am in very good hands.

Curiosity has got the better of me! Stood up to get photos of new boobs, I’m happy with how they are looking although quite swollen. Glad that I made the decision to have a crescent lift, time will tell.

Not much had changed with the look of my new boobs, apart from some yellow bruising. Quite a lot of bloating/ constipation due to meds. Have taken stuff to help without much luck. Was able o walk for an hour this morning to hopefully wake up the bowels. Had a terrible sleep as my breasts felt swollen and uncomfortable so decide to have some pain relief ( had a day and a half without any medication to fix the bloating and constipation) Quite down in my mood, having regrets thinking I now just look bloated and bigger ( the exercise and a shower afterwards helped with this) Apparently the most common regret is wishing to have gone bigger, I am thinking the opposite wishing I had said to go smaller, but then when I get them out I think they look pretty great! Just can’t wait to get back to the gym for a little bit more sanity. Had dressing removed, scars healing nicely, have been covered again with tape. A couple of photos but I can’t see too much change yet.
