WORTH IT$11,000
Hello and welcome to my page!
I've decided to share my journey because I've learned so much and feel prepared thanks to all of the brave ladies on this site. I'm grateful for the information shared and hope to help you like others have done for me!
My surgery is booked for May 18, 2020!
I lost 70 pounds and unfortunately most of the elasticity in my breasts! One boob hangs lower than the other. I'm hoping for big but natural! I'm getting a Lift with 455cc silicone unders. I'm pretty broad in the shoulders, 455cc was recommended as a "good size" for what I'm wanting with my stats
(5-5", 135, preop 36C bra).
Surgery is in 9 days! I'm using Dr. Vath in Golden Colorado! I have to be there at 5:45 AM for my 7am surgery. I'll be wearing a zip up hoodie, sports bra, sweatpants and slides, as recommended by lots of others! No perfume, deodorant, lotions, contacts or jewelry and I have to start fasting at 10 PM the night before. I'm so excited! Starting to get a little nervous!

“Wish pics” & before photos! Sagging from 70 weight loss, no upper pole fullness & uneven. Getting a Lift & 455cc Mo
I currently wear a 36C bra before surgery. I’m hoping for large but natural breasts! I have sagging from a 70 weight loss, no upper pole fullness & they are uneven. I’m (5’5”,135) getting a Lift & 455cc Moderate Plus, silicone implants, under the muscle.
My surgery is in one week! The following is my surgery day timeline the nurse shared with me. She did say surgery doesn’t typically take the full-time and I’d be able to leave when I feel awake enough and ready. I’m so excited!
5:45am- Arrival & Covid 19 testing
7:00am- Surgery
10:30am- Out of surgery
11:30am- Should be awake enough to be released
(1.5 hour drive home)
I have my “Booby Basket“ (made that term up lol) ready with my different things needed! Meds, bendy straws, mini 8 oz. waters, Pedialyte, snacks, dry shampoo, Chapstick, lotions, nail polish, bio oil (stretch marks), heating pad for my tailbone (I hear sleeping upright hurts), neck pillow and a “wedge” pillow to help keep me propped up.

Is your surgery still on schedule with the pandemic? If so, good luck.

May 14, 2020
Thank you! Yes, I totally lucked out with timing! The only changes are, I can't have someone come in with me while I wait to go back and I'll have to be tested for Covid that morning.

Awesome!!! In a hospital setting?
You're remarkable... losing 70 pounds!! How'd you do that??? You will be rocking hot after your surgery. I can't wait to see your post photos. I only wish for you a healthy and easy peasy surgery and recovery. Be well. Hugs!!

Not in a hospital, it's a private surgical facility! I did intermittent fasting to lose the weight! I did 16 hours of fasting (includes hrs asleep) & 8 hours off, eating high protein/low carb. It changed my life & was crazy easy to follow. It did however take me a few years (but was easy enough to stick to). Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so excited and I can't believe is almost my turn!

This is exciting! I am on week 12 post op from the same surgery. I also had decent size breast but no upper pole fullness. Went with lift and 430 ultra high implant and I couldn’t be happier! You will do great!

May 15, 2020
Yay! That's awesome! I'm so happy that you are completely satisfied with your results! That's the dream! I know it changes by the brand, but about what size bra are you in now?

Getting close! Good luck!!

Hey there:) thanks for sharing your story!!First of all well done on your weight loss; I myself currently do intermitting fasting and yes it did help with my weight. Unfortunately even though I work out daily, my boobs are still sad looking haha and in need of an anchor+implants.. Hopefully will be doing mine next year:) My only concern is if I opt for under/above the muscle. Can you guide me maybe your Dr did tell you the options? Is it true that if you go for the unders options, healing may be a bit longer? I would like to have 400+ cc as well therefore I am following your experience cause it will be for sure a great help for me;)

May 15, 2020
Thanks and congratulations on your weight-loss! Intermittent fasting is phenomenal. As far as over or under the muscle, I believe my doctor only goes under the muscle when doing a lift to prolong the lift. Once he saw I needed a lift we were only considering under the muscle. I've heard healing might take a little longer when going under the muscle but you have less risk of capsular contracture (extra tissue that hardens around implants- bad news), less chance of rippling and some say they look/feel more natural (no opinion here as unders were my only option). So excited for you, keep researching and asking questions! All surgeons are different and will have recommendations specific to your needs and desires!

Just wanted to say good luck! I'll be thinking of you on Monday! :)

Thank you so much! I think I'm officially nervous! Your journey has helped me more than you know. It helps seeing someone go through it and have such amazing results with little pain!
May 15, 2020
Thank you! I'm 100% here to answer any questions or even just discuss nerves! I was definitely super nervous the two days before, but felt strangely calm morning of. Hopefully the nerves will subside for you, too!

You are the best! Thank you so much! I work in a salon and we were crazy busy today so that helped the day fly by! How are you feeling today? Did you say your doctor does not prescribe narcotics for a lift/ aug?
May 16, 2020
Yep! Zero narcotics. He has this really special drug cocktail that he's known for that really helps. I will say my pain is about a 3 right now, but I am 38 mins from taking my evening pills and just took my band off after wearing it almost all day, so that all checks out. Barely any bleeding/oozing. Wounds are really good, I can take off all dressings tomorrow when I shower! Can't believe it! So far recovery has been a breeze. You got this! :) And I swear, I am so unbelievably happy with the results that I'd put up with 10x more pain. Luckily I don't have to, and I hope you won't either!

May 16, 2020
Ahhh, That's all such great news! Crazy about the narcotics, I hadn't read that elsewhere but I'm so glad he has something that works! You should be ecstatic about your results! They are absolutely beautiful! I'm sure you're ready to shower, how long did you have to wait?
May 16, 2020
Just until tomorrow morning! It'll be really nice! :) I'll try to post some post-shower pics without the dressings. I know they'll look a bit rough, but hopefully not too bad!
May 16, 2020
And thank you! I'm absolutely thrilled with them so far, and know they'll only get better, which is the best part!

Day of treatment
IT’S TIME! Day of surgery!
It’s the morning of surgery! We just got to the facility and I’m waiting to go in! I’m very excited, a little nervous but mainly just ready to get rid of these saggy things! I slept 4 hours last night (more than I thought I would). Started fasting at 10pm last night. Surgery starts at 6:30 and that’s in one hour!!
I can’t believe it’s my turn! I’m so thankful to be able to correct something that’s been bothering me for as long as I can remember!

Please update on your post op! Im having mine done the 20th and am starting to feel nervous about the pain. My dr office wont prescribe prescription pain meds for a lift so im hoping its not as bad as some say! Hope they come out just how you want
May 18, 2020
Mine doesn't either! He has a special non-narcotic approach. 4 days out from my lift with just Tylenol! It is doable!
