Great Experience. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Choy

I would like to start off by saying how I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Choy and his team at Zilver lining for taking me through every step of my journey. I am 20 years old and I had a breast reduction and lift to rectify severe tuberous and asymmetrical breasts. For years I had struggled with my body image and became increasingly self-conscious as my body developed and it progressively got worse. I knew I would need to undergo surgery if I wanted to move past this as it was taking a toll on my mental well-being. I had first reached out to Dr Choy when I was 18 to discuss what options I would have to reach my desired result. Over the two years that I had been consoling with Dr Choy he clearly explained each step of multiple procedures, until I decided on one that I was comfortable with. Dr Choy and his team were attentive to any questions I had regarding the procedure and ensured I felt more than comfortable with the decision I made. On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous, anxious and excited. Dr Choy and the staff at the hospital took every step to make sure I was comfortable and in a good headspace before entering the operating theatre. In the hours soon after my surgery one of my breasts had swollen up quite a bit, despite being in no pain and under close supervision by the lovely nurses at Castlecrag Private Hospital, Dr Choy came back to check on me in the late hours of the night to ensure there had been no complications. Thankfully enough, all was okay. I’m 3 weeks post op and I’ve managed to make a smooth recovery with minimal pain and discomfort. Before going into surgery, I had accepted that my results would not be perfect as I had not opted to get breast implants or have a fat transfer (although these options are always available to me if I wish to do them in the future). Dr Choy exceeded my expectations of what he was able to complete in the procedure and managed to make it better than I could have ever imagined. The surgery has had a major impact on my life as I now feel confident within my body and I’m freed of the feeling that made me feel self-conscious for so long. I finally feel like I am able to enjoy my youth and put this in the past.  A massive thank you to Dr. Choy for completing my surgery and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
