5 Weeks Post-Op
I’m 5 weeks post-op! I feel great and back to normal. Still sleeping on my back for another week and my next appointment is 6 weeks post-op.
3 Weeks Post-Op
I am now three weeks post op. I am still sleeping on my back but I feel basically back to normal. I still feel sore reaching up too high or from side to side. I had my two week appointment last week and they showed me how to massage my boobs 10 times, 3 times a day and got my stitches out. I was also instructed to start taking vitamin E for the next six months. The first week was pretty rough but by the second week I was off all meds and able to wash my own hair. My boobs have dropped quite a bit and all my swelling and bruising is gone. I went to VS and got sized 32 C (started 32 A). I can’t wear any underwire bras until I hit 6 weeks which is also my next appointment.
