Indents in rib cage
Here are some photos to highlight how bad under the muscle implants can be when you flex and the indents in my rib cage are from getting saline breast implants under the muscle when I was 20. I loved them when I was 20 but now I’m 32 and even a plastic surgery specializing in breast reconstruction after cancer can’t fix or cover up the indents in my rib cage.
Round Unders to Anatomical Overs
I went from 390cc round smooth high profile implants fully under the muscle to 490cc textured shaped anatomical high profile implants over the muscle.
I have had a few lessons learned in my breast implant journey
1. If you place implants under the muscle when your 20 years older then you will end up with dents in your rib cage where the breast implants sat.
2. Under the muscle implants don’t look good when you use your chest muscles. They squish up weird and tighten. This is the reason why I replaced my implants. Going over the muscle completely eliminated this.
3. My new implants are smaller and don’t fill my bras. I am attributing this to the difference of switching from round to anatomical. I’m so disappointed and wish I would have know to size up 20% to just stay the same size. I wish I would have got 550cc to fill my bra. My implants look and feel much better but smaller boobs is a disappointment since I asked for them to be a bit bigger. The anatomical implants have no upper fullness and I have to wear a push up bra to help my self confidence with these implants.
