Treated Poorly, Bad Outcome

After extensive research to find a plastic surgeon that I could trust with my breast implant exchange and labiaplasty I found Dr. Walden. She had decent reviews and I liked her before & after photos. I was told that I would need a straightforward BA and a fat transfer (lipo) to my breasts and labia and that the abdominal area was the only place to harvest the amount of fat that she needed. I had my reservations about the lipo and had extensive email communications with Dr. Waldens nurse expressing my concerns. She assured me that only 2-9% of people have a negative outcome in the US and that Dr. Walden was very good at creating an aesthetically pleasing result. The promise was that I would look better than before and that she wanted me to be happy, that she wouldn't agree to do the FT if she was concerned about a bad outcome. I also paid extra for Bodytite to make double sure to have a good result. 7 months post-op I came into their office to show them that my abdomen looked terrible, with loose skin and an uneven contour and my right areola is significantly larger than the left. Dr. Walden was disrespectful towards me and took zero responsibility for the outcome. She said that my areola was like that before.The before and after photos prove differently. I left their office feeling demeaned and in total disbelief of the way I was treated. Fast forward to the 1 year mark with no change of abdomen or areola size. I reached out to their office asking for my money back, as it will cost me at least $15k to fix both areas and that doesn't include facility fee or anesthesia. The email I received back from her office manager was the offer of $2k & that I sign off from holding Dr. Walden responsible and to not leave her any negative reviews. $2k to go towards $15k+ worth of revision needed after spending $20k. They offer a pittance that comes with strings attached to hide her incompetence from the public.
