I went to see Dr Lynam for a breast implant revision. I was very anxious about the appointment and the process but Dr Lynam and his assistant Lauren made me feel so comfortable and eased my nerves. I had a breast augmentation almost 20 years ago. They were textured saline implants and were WAY overdo to come out. They were hard and painful and I was never happy with the way they looked or felt.
I just had my surgery two weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. I got round silicone implants this time. He listened to everything I said about wanting to look natural and he gave me exactly what I wanted 20 years ago and never got. They look and feel so natural and recovery was a breeze compared to the first time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a breast augmentation or revision. The entire staff at Richmond Surgical Arts is amazing!

Very nice. I’ve had my saline over the muscle implants for over 40 years now. No problems. If I felt like I really wanted perky lovely boobs on my 71 year old body I’d do a revision, but....

My silicone implants are 20 years old and I need to have them replaced. I am going to make a consultation appointment with Dr. Lynam after reading your review. You made this review 5 months ago, so hoping you see this. How is everything so far? Still happy with the replacement and his work? Also, I see you put the price as $6,800. Is that correct? Because if so, that is a great price! I already had a consultation with a different doctor in this area who quoted me $11,000, which I thought was too high.
Everything is great!! He gave me exactly what I wanted the first time around and didn’t get. Dr Lynam and his staff are amazing. I’m so glad I found them. I too got a quote from another doctor for around $11,000 and I left in tears bc that just wasn’t doable. I was in pain and needed something done. Dr Lynam had a different approach and much more affordable. Not to mention he does excellent work. The price was about $6800 maybe a little more bc I needed more time bc of all the scarring. I know you’ll be happy with his work. Please let me know how it goes!
