There’s No One Better

If I could give Dr. Casas and her staff more than 5 stars, I would. While this review is for breast implants, I’ve also been a patient for 15+ years for a reason and have had other treatments including laser, fillers, etc. In all situations, Dr. Casas has provided expertise and guidance beyond what I could imagine. There is never a rush to come to a decision on a procedure and she thoroughly explains all options and outcomes. In my most recent situation, she noticed that one implant had taken on a unique shape. After her exams and MRI it was determined that my old implants had a rupture. She fit me into the schedule immediately, walked me through all options and provided me with a detailed pre and post op plan to ensure success. Without Dr. Casas I would have never known there was a rupture. Her attention to detail is meticulous. My husband came along to appointments and she took the extra time to explain my situation and how we would move forward. She also “trained” him on how to care for me afterward to ensure a successful recovery. There is no other plastic surgeon like Dr. Casas. She is thorough, a perfectionist and has always provided honest assessments regarding my treatment interests. Would also say it’s very refreshing to walk into a surgeons office with the same staff in place for 15yrs. They know your name, your procedures and history with the practice. This entire group of ladies are experts who have always gone the extra mile to make me comfortable in and out of office. Hard to find this sort of care anywhere.
