Reassuring Consultation

I had a consultation with Dr. Agha yesterday regarding revision surgery after a traumatic experience with a previous surgeon last year. I was extremely anxious going into the appointment, but both Dr. Agha and his chaperone listened with genuine compassion as I explained everything I had been through and how it had affected me since. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I completely understood the steps he would take and how he planned to achieve the outcome I was hoping for. He answered all of my questions honestly and patiently, and his expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in his approach.

After such a difficult experience, it was incredibly reassuring to feel heard, understood, and supported. Dr. Agha's compassion, empathy, and professionalism made a huge difference to me.
