Not a Positive Experience

Sent an inquiry online for a simple procedure to move a remote port back into position. Was called back by "Anna", who was rude, generally not knowledgeable of tissue expanders, and argumentative. She constantly cut me off in the conversation, after asking accusatory questions. Never waiting for a response, while saying my current situation was impossible. I assure you, it is not. This is not a place I would take anyone I care about to for healthcare. This experience mirrors other reviews for this Dr, and his staff.
