Feeling completely back to normal for some time now. Continuing emphasis on scar therapy. Very happy Dr. Mohan was able to keep them so small and looking really good. Recently resumed swimming for exercise and been on several long hikes.

No issues to speak of and very happy with results. Scars are healing well and started purchasing new bras. Next post op appointment will be at 3 months. Very happy to be back at the gym. Mostly just doing spin for another month.

One month post
Had one month checkup and it went good. Dr. Mohan had no concerns and said everything is healing well. Left side is expected to continue rounding out and incisions are looking much better. She encouraged to start wearing push-up bras if incision area would allow. After getting fitted looks like 34DD will be new size. Still having a little discomfort under each breast where the tacking was done but it’s managed with an occasional Tylenol. Also was released to resume light exercise like Spin. Have to wait another month to begin swimming.
