Lift with implant exchange

I had droopy skin under but volume loss overall, the goal was perkier without extra skin. My implants were 20 yrs old and I had a 40 lb. weightloss. My surgeon felt that a mini lift would accomplish what needed to be done to reach my goals. I had the surgery 6 months ago. I am not happy with the outcome. The surgeon is happy with it but offered to tweek the lower hanging breast to hopefully push the implant up. This will not improve the extra skin or nipple placement, as they are now lower and a bit asymmetrical also. I am getting second opinions scheduled now. Stats below:
