I had a breast implant exchange and lift. The results are by far worse than when I went in. My breasts are so uneven and extremely laterally placed I cannot even wear tank tops because of my "side boob". Such a disappointment to be this uncomfortable in my own skin after paying $18,000. I have to be extremely careful with what I wear because even wearing certain colors accentuates the drastic unevenness. Would NEVER recommend this surgeon to anyone. He takes absolutely no responsibility for his poor-quality work. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money with Dr. Buford.
