implants flipped over the muscle, contracture, and rippling

I went to Dr. Stevens over 12 years ago for a breast implant revision. My first set of implants 17 years ago were over the muscle and I had gotten capsular contracture on one side. I went to Dr. Stevens to do a breast implant exchange and capsulectomy, and also to switch my saline implants to silicone. 

Everyone in his office was wonderful, and Dr. Stevens took the time to explain the entire procedure to me. Fast forward to after the surgery, and one of my incisions was infected and leaking fluid. I had to go back to get that corrected, and the incision scar never looked normal after that. In addition, just a couple of months after the capsulectomy, I had gotten contracture again. 

The contracture was a Grade II, so I decided I didn't want to go through the trouble of having surgery again. Over 10 years later, my McGhan implants got recalled and the contracture was bad enough to warrant a replacement, I went to a different plastic surgeon to do another implant revision and capsulectomy. Apparently, the implants Dr. Stevens had placed under the muscle somehow flipped back over the muscle shortly after the surgery because they were not secured properly under the muscle, hence the contracture. In addition, because the implants had flipped over the muscle, there was very obvious rippling. I was definitely not happy with the job that he did.
