Exceptional Experience

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Carlos Marciales and his team. From the very beginning, my coordinator Frida was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all my (many!) questions with so much patience and detail, always responding promptly and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. She even scheduled conference calls to go over everything with me, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind.

Dr. Marciales himself was everything you’d hope for in a surgeon—kind, thoughtful, funny, and extremely professional. He instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was in the best hands. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and their overall experience, not just the procedure.

The rest of the staff I encountered were also so helpful, attentive, and welcoming. The clinic itself is very clean, professional, and well-organized. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them.
