Dr. Revis Perfection BA Revision 400cc to 650cc

I had my first BA in 2014 & was completely flat chested & my BWD measured 12 cm so at the time I was told I was limited as to what size implants I could get due to this meaning I'd need to get an implant tant was less than 12 cm diameter. I ended up getting 400cc ultra high profile natrelle implants with a 11.2 diameter. I thought it came out good, but was a little disappointed with the huge gap I had between my breasts. Bras or bathing suits never fit right because they were spread so far. Fast forward to 2020 after I had been following posts on Realself.com for over 2 years and was particularly impressed by the before & after pics of Dr. Revis. I decided to contact him via email since I'm located in NY. I explained that I was looking to go bigger, but that I was under the impression I was limited to the implant size that would fit my body based on my BWD, but that I also didn't understand how my last surgeon came to this conclusion, yet placed implants that were so far apart. After a lengthy email to Dr. Revis detailing my history, sending wish pics, and what I was looking to achieve with an implant exchange, he agreed that 650-700 would better suit me. I was quoted a price and put in contact with Alexa, the Patient Coordinator, who was over the top accommodating from the start with everything I needed from my bloodwork & MRI Rxs to following up immediately with any questions I had. I did all the paperwork via email and scheduled my pre-op, surgery date and post op appts on a Tues, Wed and Thurs, respectively. I met w/ DR. Revis for the first time at my preop visit after corresponding via email for 2 months and I was immediately impressed by his warm nature and how attuned he was into my desired outcome from having discussions with me via email. The surgery the next day went smoothly at Imperial Medical Center, I saw him the day after for my post op visit on Thursday and by Saturday, I was feeling well enough to start the drive back to NY again. I continued to follow up with Dr. Revis sending pictures post op for 3 months, and didn't encounter any issues. I now have mentor 650cc smooth round high profile implants with a 14.4 diameter that look amazing and natural so that just goes to show you that there is no truth to when a surgeon tells you that you can't get implants bigger than your BWD like my original surgeon did. It's all about the skill of the surgeon and Dr. Revis is the best of the best. My only regret is that I didn't look into getting a revision sooner than I did. This was all during COVID- from the initial email consult through surgery so don’t let this deter you from proceeding with a procedure if you are on the fence bc of COVID.
