Comments on UHP implants?
My goal photos all seem to have Ultra High Profile implants. What experience has anyone had with these? Do you like them? Do they jut out too far? I like that they would enter the room before i do - lol.

My 2nd BA Was Fantastic but Now I Want a 3rd
I'm so very happy with my 2nd BA from Dr Metcalf and Dr Popp (working together), going from 360cc saline to 800 silicone. But, it's been a number of years and it's time for an XL upgrade. Considerations: going back to saline, overfilled to 1250-1400 range; extra high profile; donut mastopexy; strattice for extra support and height. When I see pictures of donut lifts I get scared about long healing times and scarring. I welcome your suggestions for those that have been through these procedures with XL implants

I have to agree with Pug Mama. You will probably regret it. You'll lose flexibility, you will have back issues, forget active sports, and you will probably be harassed instead of politely appreciated (which is probably now the case).

Don’t do a donut going that large your areolae will stretch bigger than you have now! Just warning you! It’s not a good procedure and especially not when going large.

Would not touch them, too many issues when you mess this the nipples that much. They currently look great on your body.

You look wonderful right now. Don’t go looking for trouble if you don’t have a problem. I believe we get into a cycle of going bigger and bigger, and there’s really no end to it. Please reconsider. You can read on this website about women who got those extra-extra large overfilled implants and the skin cannot take the tension and weight and they develop some truly catastrophic problems. I don’t mean to be a killjoy, and I like large implants on myself too, but I recognize there’s a limit to what our bodies can take.
