Very Disappointing Experience

I had implant exchange surgery (because of a leaking saline implant) and a neck tightening procedure done with Dr Adams in Jan 2018. Both ending with very poor results!! My breast now sit very low on my ribs...my right breast looks nothing like the left and has no support at all. I have to wear a support at all times or literally hold them in place otherwise they are very uncomfortable. This was not the case when I went in for consult with Dr Adams. Even with leaking implant my breast were way better than after my surgery with Dr Adams!! My chin has a HUGE scar and flaps of loose skin on each side that run down my neck. Looks Deformed! I expressed my concerns from the very beginning and it was very obvious that Dr Adams had no intention of taking responsibility for the terrible outcome. He and his staff were very indifferent and showed no interest in patient satisfaction!! After giving him the year that he kept putting me off for, I went in for final visit. He told me that he would refer me to another Dr to fix my neck (of course at my own expense). And that he would have to do a lift in order to fix my breast (again paying him more money). And I did not need a lift before I went in for just an implant exchange. I have already paid Dr Adams 14k and he still wants to make more money from this bad outcome. I am having 2 other surgeons fix this bad situation, making Dr Adams a very disappointing, costly, and all-around bad choice in plastic surgeons!!!!!!!
