The Best Decision I Made for My Revision Surgery

After a disappointing experience with my original breast augmentation, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Frank and his entire team.
I initially had my breast augmentation done through Mia Aesthetics in Chicago, and unfortunately, my implants never fully settled or “fell” the way they should have. Throughout the healing process, I felt like I received very little support or guidance, they also told me that I was out of my window to have a revision done when I tried to request them to fix it, and when I later requested my medical records, I was shocked to learn they wanted to charge me for them.
From my very first interaction with Dr. Franks’ office, the experience was completely different. His nurses went above and beyond to obtain all of my medical records at no cost to me, and they did so without any pressure or expectation that I would choose Dr. Frank as my surgeon. That level of professionalism and patient-centered care immediately stood out.
Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. They took the time to answer every question I had, explain the entire process in detail, and address all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. They truly made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
Not only was the quality of care outstanding, but the pricing was also very reasonable and affordable. They worked with my desired timeline and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Dr. Frank and his team exemplify what patient care should look like. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, expertise, and dedication. I would highly recommend Dr. Franks Plastic Surgery to anyone considering cosmetic surgery, and I have already referred several friends because I trust this office completely.
