My breast revision journey with Dr. Revis
Dr. Revis is the best! It’s been a little over a year and a waiting game but I love my results. I have had several breast augmentation revisions and they always ended up with ripples and pointed. I always tried to achieve a more natural look with more of a drop at the bottom. Finally after I found Dr. Revis I got the boobs of my dreams! He listened to what I wanted he knew exactly the implant to use to achieve the look I wanted and finally my implants placed under the muscle. Not gonna lie it was a lot more painful this time since every other time was on top of the muscle. All I can say is it was worth the wait and the pain. I had my revision with Dr. Revis in March 2018 and went from a 750 cc implant to an 800 cc implant. I definitely wanted silicone filled and 800 cc is the largest size available. I not only love Dr. Revis but his staff is amazing and so was the hospital. Dr. Revis was always available by cell phone for any question or problem I had. He is the best hands down!

I'm also researching and thinking about going to Dr. Revis. I am worried about going under the muscle though as I heard it is a lot of pain. Can I ask you how long that you had pain after surgery? What did Dr. Revis do about pain medication if you were out of state/town? Did you take Ibuprofen? Tylenol does nothing for me :

Yes under the muscle was quite a bit more painful but worth it. Much more natural look and I’m very thin so rippling was visual. I only needed pain meds for three days but had plenty if I needed them. The muscle relaxer also helped me a lot. I’m live about three hours from Dr. Revis but he is always available by cell. I can’t say enough about him. He is the best. I’ve had several revisions that were supposedly done by the best and he is the only one that achieved the look that I was going for!! Yes the last picture is me. I also just updated with a side view. I tried saline and did not like the look. I felt like I had two hard water balloons on my chest. The silicone is much more natural looking and feeling. Good luck on your journey and don’t hesitate if you have anymore questions!

Thank you so much for the response back! I am nervous as this will be my very first BA. I also want silicone instead of saline, so I'm glad to know that you like those best. I also heard from some people that the saline implants make swooshing noises sometimes.
I'm glad that you got a muscle relaxer as I'm sure that was probably a lot of the pain. Muscle contractions, etc.
When I get closer to actually making the surgery appointment I will definitely have more questions. I will also let you know when I set up my own review and maybe you can give some tips as I go along.
