Breast Revision from 325 Ml HP to ??? Ml UHP, I Dont Want a Lift 5'2" 120 Lbs

Had a breast augmentation over 15 years ago. Now it's time to get a new set.
I currently have 325 ml HP silicon under the muscle.
I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs.
My goals are:
- perky and round look and feel
- UHP Implants
- breasts should come closer together
- no breast lift
I'm currently searching for a doctor. At the current state I don't know how big the implants have to be to reach my goals.

I would think you would definitely need round and UHP as you've already suggested and firmer implants. Some have firmer gel than others and you can usually check how filled they are. Saline might give a rounder, 'faker' look. But in all honesty, I think without a lift, larger implants are just going to give you a larger version of what you already have. They may look good initially and you'll get a bit of extra projection, but all implants drop and given you have a bit of natural hang already and skin laxity, I think you probably won't achieve your goals without a lift. Are you against a lift because of the scars? Or the cost? Or both? At the end of the day, I guess you need to consult a plastic surgeon. I wish you the best!

Thx for your reply. I finally got my revision 3 weeks ago. You were right i needed a small lift. I got B-Lite High Profile implants. They have a highly cohesive gel inside. They should be firm enough and quite stable in form. At the moment I m very happy with the results...

Revision - B-Lite 510cc HP + Mini Lift

Finally had my Revision, after the Covid Lockdown.

The surgery was on Monday, at the momeent everything looks ok. Some Pain and swelling.

We decided to use B-Lite 510cc High Profile Implants.

Also a Mini Lift (areola) was necessary.

I'm very happy about it...

Some more swelling and bruises, but less pain.

The Compression Bra is very tight. They gave me 80D normally i am a 70x or 75x...

The new implants already look very nice under cloth with the Compression Bra.

The Doctor gave me a LIPOELASTIC PI Special Comfort, it looks very good.

No problem. I m around 39 inch (99 cm) bust and 30 inch (75 cm).

Normally I m wearing 32x (70x) or 34 (75x) bras.
