Had a breast augmentation over 15 years ago. Now it's time to get a new set. I currently have 325 ml HP silicon under the muscle. I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs. My goals are: - perky and round look and feel - UHP Implants - breasts should come closer together - no breast lift I'm currently searching for a doctor. Firstly, the consultation (where he arrived late) lasted maybe 5 minutes, but I had thought the doctor had a good understanding of what I want. I showed him photos from his portfolio that suited my needs, and also some other noses I liked. My rhinoplasty with Dr Kufa left me with valving and a nasal drip - resulting in a 12,000 pound repair job with a London specialist, my specialist believes judging by the low skilled workmanship he just bashed me with a hammer and put on a cast - job done) Cheap surgery is cheap results lesson learnt - if I had gone to a reputable surgeon who took time to consult and care for me I would have saved so much heartache and money.
