Office review: Bad Experience

We’re very sorry that you had this experience, we’d like to reassure you this is not our expectation for the patient experience. We have unfortunately had glitches in the transition to virtual care due to COVID-19 and in some cases a patient may login to the virtual waiting room but not appear for Dr. Plant to be able to bring into the virtual consultation room, giving the impression the patient was a no-show (and we now learn) gives the patient the impression that they’ve been sitting in the waiting room endlessly. We’d like to try and make this up to you, unfortunately the anonymity of realself doesn’t allow us to know who to contact, but if you contact us we’d be happy to have you bypass the wait list and get you in for a consultation within 1 week of you reaching out. We’ll also make sure you’re the first appointment of the day so you shouldn’t have to wait at all.

Its been almost 3 weeks and no one had even bothered to return my calls!!!!!

Dear Nshamsia do not be surprised I was one of there clients & they treat me the same way they give appointments then make u wait extra hour or two no apologies they blame the patient that make them late !
Also the dr is irresponsible look at my review spent 13950$ On breast lift & ideal implants to get a horrible cleavage plus get charged extra 2850$ with a promise to fix the dr failure in first procedure only to get more stitches scars and zero difference! Find a responsible dr that doesn’t only care about money
