The Most Amazing and Meticulous Surgeon in Toronto

Hello.I am 10 days post ok having had a breast aguementation and fat grafting with Dr Plant. I'm usually not one to talk about my experiences. But I feel the needed to do so.I have been living a nightmare since 2010. I've had multiple breast agumentations and revisions with two other surgeons. This resulted in bottoming out , breast window shading, nipple asymmetry and capscale contracture. I've lived with this for 8 years, and during that time having unsuccessful surgeries to correct the issues.With the previous doctors (4 in total). I was letting it consume me in my daily activities and family life. Until I found this forum REALSELF. I started reading other people experiences and how their lives had changed after meeting Dr Mathew Plant. . I than knew I had to meet him. My first meeting with Dr Plant was amazing. I was emotional and insecure. I felt my situation was something that I had to accept.. But as I sit here, writhing this, I know now it's not the case. He listened to my story . He did not rush me in anyway. After I was done explaining, he than proceeded to give his honest opinion on how he might be able to help me. The first and hardest recommendation he gave, was to do it in a 2 step phase. It was a difficult decision . But Dr Plant said it would be my best course of action in this very complicated case. The next time I saw him was October 2018 and I was having a breast explant. After the explant I had to let things settle down. The 2nd phase happened on April 15th 2019. This procedure consisted of breast implants followed by fat grafting. I had lost a significant amount of breast tissue due to cc and multiple failed revisions.The implants that he recommended for me after measuring me was Allergan, 255cc , silicone, smooth, round , moderate plus profile. They are now over the muscle which helps hide the window shading animation. And the fat grafting he did pumped up the areas where I had indentations from having no breast tissue left due to cc and multiply revisions. I also like to mention I was not a ideal canidate for fat grafting. It's due to the fact I didn't have a lot of extra fat in areas where they like to harvest it from.. But once again Dr Plant found a way that he might be able to help my situation. He asked for my consent to have
a representative from Allergan present the day of my surgery to come in to show him a new fat purification system called (New tech from Revolvesystem) it's a all- in-one device designed to improve the efficiency of fat. and labour time. But it didn't stop there , he also took a few more measures to better my chances of not getting cc for the third times. These steps were putting me on a medication that studies have shown to help reduce the occurrence of cc. , as well as used the Keller Funnel Technique. And this is a no-touch technique reducing the chances of bacteria entering my body. And went through the inframammary fold . Because the areola insertion lurks more bateria. Dr Mathew Plant went above and beyond. He is the most sincere and meticulous doctor in Toronto I know. . I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU DR PLANT. I'm glad I found you on REALSELF FORUM. You finally ended my nightmare. I will post pictures.
