Dr Merten was very professional from start to finish and was surprisingly empathetic which is not my experience with other surgeons in Sydney. His team was very helpful and managed to get me in for an emergency appointment when others wouldn't. Dr Merten guided me through my second breast lift with augmentation with the kind of expertise that only comes with decades of experience. He helped me to make the right choice in terms of implant and I love my new breasts! The surgery itself went pretty seamlessly and I only needed painkillers for the following day. Dr Merten and the team checked up on me in the proceeding days and weeks and will continue to do so over the next year. I felt and still feel like I was in the best hands.
