I am very happy with my results. I had my 350 cc silicone, above the muscle implants removed. I also had capsular contracture. They were in for 12 years. I replaced them with 700 cc silicone, above the muscle implants. I love my new breats! Very very happy with the size. Initially after surgery I was a little stressed thinking I had gone too big. I am 2 months post op and all the swelling is down and my breasts look amazing. Very happy.

Dont think she asked for your approval. Like momma said " If you don't have something nice to say, keep your mouth shut". Everyone has their own opinions, I happen to think they look perfectly suited for her.

Wow , your to nice.

They are absolutely not too big. And shorter girls can pull off much larger implants and still look cute. Small tennis ball looking implants are the ones that look unnatural.

I'm about to have my 800cc saline replaced with silicone. My doctor hasn't opened his office up yet. Do you know if silicone comes in 800cc?

Thanks so much!

Yes but that is the biggest Silicone size there is is 800

They do. I know because that is the size I plan to do on my second BA. I think 800 is the perfect size because they are big but give a believable look and shape. To me and my husband, 7-800 looks more real than the 2-400s by a mile. I'm so jealous of the two of you. 784 and 800. By the way, you're going to love silicone. Mine feel so real. I got 590cc and nobody can tell they're implants. They feel so real I sometimes forget I wasn't born with them.

Sorry I meant 745cc of txmomma84. Not 784. Typo. I'm jealous but happy for y'all.

This the third time I've had to have them replaced due to deflation. I would have went with silicone last time but that was in 2006 and fda hadn't approved silicone yet.

Yes! Natrelle has high profile that I believe is 800 or within 15ccs of being there and they are silicone! :)

Hi!! You look fantastic!! One question what is the difference in your opinion from the under the muscle to above?
May 4, 2020
I wouldn't know. I've only ever been over the muscle.
May 4, 2020
Ok, my apologies I read wrong!! I'm going over and have been in and out of posts. Thank you for the response

I think with larger implants you can’t go under the muscle as it can pull and rip off your muscle or sometimes there isn’t a space big to place them so over is an option
I’m hoping to get mine done 500 cc under the muscle or larger over the muscle by the end of summer

Under the muscle is less risk regarding a capsular contracture , implants is more in place and implants are more supported over the years from sagging
But going under not all big sizes implants fit under so going over is next choice
