Breasts look good, but I still have pain in them. I think it’s the internal bra inside that is painful. My right breast is painful on the bottom medial portion near my ribs. It’s painful to touch, lie down or grab. I’m Not sure I am a believer in the internal bra as it seems it’s been more pain than anything. I’m wondering if above the muscle would be better.

Maybe they will drop and fluff some more and it will release some of the tension. I don’t have an internal bra. I wondered what it would be like.
Great result

Feeling better. The extreme pain lasted a full week and really made me question my decision. After the pain subsided from under and around the sides of my breasts I had pain in only one spot where there was an internal bra suture. This pain lasted a week and is barely gone now.

I feel good not 100% and there is still times with pain but it’s manageable.

Revis didn’t like my nipples and decided to do one incision on top and one on bottom to “even then out”. I can’t see my left nipple at all now but can see my right fine.

Day one post op and pre-op 425cc to 700cc 5’6”. 135lbs lean and athletic build. Prior to first augmentation very small A cup with very little breast tissue. Needed/wanted a revision due to bottoming out and a little pain on medial portion of breast.

Dr. Revis responds very well to email but really doesn’t offer any advice or knowledge of the procedure in person for pre-op consult. I think he expects you to have a bunch of questions so he doesn’t provide or offer up information. He is good at letting you choose your own size and not talking you out of sizes. He however doesn’t tell you how bad the internal bra sutures are going to hurt. I don’t recommend it at all as of today. It’s the worst pain I’ve ever felt and I’ve had three 9lb babies.

Thanks for posting so soon after your revision, I hope the pain eases up soon! Please feel free to update anytime you feel up to it.

Good luck! I’m 3.2 weeks post-op and yes the internal bra procedure is the most painful procedure I’ve ever experienced. I still feel a ton of pain and on top of the pain I have to wear a thong bra which causes more pain.
