Post op day 1! No swelling! Minimal pain. So happy I could cry.

I look so much more natural now!! This is EXACTLY the look I’d hoped to achieve in my original augmentation. I am beyond thrilled and grateful. Best decision I ever made.

It’s DONE!
Wow, I can’t believe the amount of anxiety I had leading up to this surgery. I was so nervous that they would still look huge and outrageous. But I went through with it today and I am SO happy with the results. Dr Chapin listened to everything I told him and he created an incredibly natural, sloped, gorgeous placement of 270cc Sientra Moderate profile with a smaller diameter. They look so nice. And they feel incredible and soft. I feel like ME again. Minimal pain too! Even with the modification of the pocket.

I am also wanting to replace mine with smaller ones. Mine originally are 350cc extra high profile and on my small frame look very large. My surgeon recommended 250cc high Profile to replace. I'm still debating. But I want mine To look more natural too. I can't wait to see how great yours turned out!!!

Did you extract your first implants and give time for your breast tissue to recover? Or same day day surgery with new size? Wondering how you got the natural pic ...
That pic was from before my original surgery. It was all done on the same day.

Hi, did you get a lift also? I'm hoping to swap out my 365cc HP implants for something similar to yours, hoping I don't need a lift.
