Swapping out 365cc High Profile Natrelle Inspira Gel Implants for narrower 270cc Moderate Profile Sientra implants. Also dropping them down a half centimeter so the nipples are centered. Can't wait!!

So when you say dropping them down, do you mean their lowering your IMF to compensate instead of doing a lift? What made you decide on going smaller in cc? Will that require pocket repair? Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS!

Yes, my nipples are not centered on the current breast implant, so my surgeon said that he will be able to put little slices in the lower part of pocket to drop them down just a bit(1/2 cm). He showed me before and afters on other patients where he did the same thing and it looked amazing. He said as long as I don't go lower than 100cc's less, he won't need to adjust the pocket. I decided to go less because I am very petite and these high profile 365cc look very large on my body and unnatural. Not the look I had wanted

Did you have it reduced with your same plastic sergeon. Could i ask hoe much he charged you to bring the size down. On Wednesday i got 300cc and i feel they look small. Have not spoken to him yet until Tuesday but sure why he went for the small size than the ones we discussed 325,350 and 375.

No I went with another surgeon. The original surgeon put in high profile 365 cc which were huge and unnatural on my petite body! These are 270 moderate profile. And I'm in love.

Glad you are happy with your results.

Better pics..

Better pics... hoping for a more natural shape and look. Not as big.. a nicer slope, and better placement of the nipple behind the implant. Looking forward to an easier recovery than the initial surgery. So excited to not feel so self conscious!

Hi! I think that you should just remove your implants without replacement. Your natural breast look natural, enough tissue, nice size and perfect for your frame. Save your money and you don't have to worry about future surgeries nor complications.

I must say they look near-perfect.

Thanks. It just wasn't the look I was going for.

I am also wanting to replace mine with smaller ones. Mine originally are 350cc extra high profile and on my small frame look very large. My surgeon recommended 250cc high Profile to replace. I'm still debating. But I want mine To look more natural too. I can't wait to see how great yours turned out!!!

Did you extract your first implants and give time for your breast tissue to recover? Or same day day surgery with new size? Wondering how you got the natural pic ...

That pic was from before my original surgery. It was all done on the same day.

Hi, did you get a lift also? I'm hoping to swap out my 365cc HP implants for something similar to yours, hoping I don't need a lift. Do you have any after pics? Thanks!
