Fat Transfer to Breasts - Thin Patient, Age 29

Dr Orman and Trioclinic are incredible. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with their service and my results. I’m close to 8 weeks post op, and my breasts look beautiful (350CC transferred to each). The lipo is absolutely perfect as well. Since we harvested fat from my lower back, an unexpected bonus is that my butt appears bigger and more round! Dr Orman really knows what he’s doing!
I did have to gain weight to qualify for this surgery. I put on about 10 pounds over the course of a year, which I intend to keep on. I was really surprised we were able to achieve such noticeable results because at the time of the surgery I only had a BMI of 20. In order to have enough fat to transfer, we harvested from my lower back, inner thighs, sides, and a tiny bit from my tummy. My hips also had some good fat on them but I wanted to preserve my shape as much as possible, so we left that area alone. I’m glad we did because I feel completely obsessed with the shape of my torso post-op.
As for the healing process - I read *a lot* about the surgery beforehand, and I knew I was going to look very bruised and swollen afterwards, but nothing could have prepared me for the first time I saw myself without the compression garment. It was really scary and I was a total emotional wreck for the first week or so post-op (shout-out to my patient coordinator Mariam for dealing with my anxiety throughout this whole process). It was also much more physically painful for the first 2 days then I expected - my friend who had the same surgery said she barely felt a thing but that was not the case for me.
At first I also thought my breasts were going to be waaay too big, but by about 2 weeks post-op the swelling had gone down a lot and they looked fabulous. In the first 6 weeks they changed pretty dramatically (reducing in volume and settling into a more natural shape/position). I’m at almost 8 weeks post-op now and I haven’t noticed much change since the 6 week mark. Right now I’m about 1.5 cup sizes bigger than I was before (32D to 32DD/32DDD)
I am considering going back for a second round because although I love the way I look now, the way my breasts were from weeks 2-4 was completely mind-blowing. I also have a bit of asymmetry I’d like to correct. That said, I really do think the results I have are pretty much ideal from one round of fat transfer, and I don’t think there’s any surgeon who could have done a better job.
The price I was quoted was 5000 euros. This included the lipo to my stomach, sides, back and thighs, fat transfer to my breasts and face, my first compression garment, 2 nights in the hospital, and 5 nights in a very nice hotel with nursing care. I also paid an extra 175 for the second stage compression garment, and 420 for 6 lymphatic drainage massages, bringing my total costs to 5595 euros.
Going to Turkey for surgery is obviously an economical choices, as my costs were around half what I would have spent at home, but I did not sacrifice quality at all by choosing Dr.Orman. I spent a ton of time researching different surgeons all over the world before deciding on Trioclinic. Dr. Orman really seemed to be one of the best, and that has been my experience. I highly, highly recommend him and his team, especially if you’re considering fat transfer!
