Amazing Surgeon, Amazing Care, Amazing Results

I began my search for a fat transfer to breast surgery about six months after i had gotten abdominal lipo locally in canada. fat transfer was always my goal and after i had talked myself out of it once i was not going to be dissuaded again. i was so saddened when i struggled to find a doctor in my city that had the skill to perform fat transfer on me (i have a relatively slim athletic build) but i decided to open up my search internationally and i’m so happy i did! i underwent fat transfer with PRP (lipo areas: upper and lower back, inner thighs) with Dr Orman in Nov 2024 (im almost 12 weeks post op at the time of posting). and this has been BEYOND the best surgery experience i’ve ever had. communication was clear and open from minute one, i even requested extra video calls with the doctor before i confirmed my deposit and before arriving, EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of the stay, transportation, prep and after care was METICULOUSLY taken care of. take this from someone who had a similar procedure before the quality of care and difference was HUGE. they know how to take care of you at Dr Orman’s office. the hospital stay was as comfortable as possible and everything was done to ensure your health and safety. your hotel stay following up was monitored by the nurses and coordinators who were all exceptionally kind and professional. GET A MASSAGE EVERYDAY while you’re waiting to return home because that made all the difference for me. the opportunity to expel the liquid has sped up my healing (compared to my former experience) by months and besides some scars that are still softening (and which i opt to cover with tattoos anyways) you could have 0 clue i’ve had any sort of procedure on these areas. they’re slimmed and simply enhance the natural curve of my body.

As for the results i cannot speak more highly of them. two notes i will make is first, splurge on the PRP if you’re doing any kind of fat transfer including the breasts. i don’t know why it’s not the common default option for breasts but any fat transfer i would highly highly recommend to make sure you’re doing with PRP because the fat retention is unbelievable. i do not perceive that i have lost even a single cc of fat (approx 350cc into each). my breast before were very small (a big A cup, barely B), droopy (not deflated but simply that shape where you have nothing at the top then little cones sticking out from the bottom, need to be totally flatted out to appear even a little round), and had my whole chest wall exposed with not a hint of cleavage. not even a whisper. and now they are a big B to C according to my best guess (don’t wear bras though now i can tell that i will need one for running, my first time feeling that feeling!). and i say this with my whole chest (lol pun intended) THIS PROCEDURE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! my breast now are round, they create cleavage, i have fantastic upper pole fullness, they jiggle, i can do a sexy little hand bra thing with them that i used to dream of and act out before, they create a feminine silhouette in my clothing, i can wear (and now only seek out) low cut tops and i have a feeling of sexiness and fullness i could have never dreamed of before. it is incredible ! also as my best friends have noted these breasts have the full perky look of youth, while all my other friends have had the breasts i get to enjoy now, the perky full C cups of theirs are of a bygone era. i get to savour the feminine beauty i used to crave and hope was coming when i was young, now when i have the maturity and means to enjoy it to the fullest, not wasted in my youth. even to notice that my breasts can distract (myself and others) momentarily is something i never knew before and makes me feel incredible in my body. certainly the result is not going from flat to buxom triple Ds, the results are, to an outside view relatively subtle, but to the inside view the difference could not be greater. i feel incredible, i look incredible, and my entire relationship to my body has changed. i used to try to mess with other parts of my body to make up for the unattractive shape i had before, now i am in my dream body. both because my combined lipo procedures have resulted in a more feminine weight distribution, and of course hugely because of my new beautiful breasts.

my second note is that i’ve heard on this site that results like these (good retention, subtle but noticeable difference) are most common with people who start out with a smaller size. i think this may be true guessing from what i’ve seen comparing reviews from people who started out larger (talking C cup or more) versus folks like me that started smaller (A or small B). for my itty bitty sisters i would highly recommend this procedure if you’re looking for a noticeable but not HUGE change, if you’d still like to keep all the tops you have (but fill them out much better), have round breasts to show off on occasion, but not have hugely huge ones (nor any of the risks of implants) i would implore you not to hesitate like i did. it was the right journey for me in the end and i couldn’t be happier, but let Dr Orman and his team take care of you sooner rather than later (and do not forget to get the PRP at least as much as they recommended).

this review is both what i hope is a helpful and informative review but also a love letter and thank you letter to Dr Orman and his crew, that i hope i can look back on for many years to come and remember the joy and life changing sense of completeness and security i feel in my body now. the mental serenity and body euphoria i feel everyday since making the decision to go do this has been immense and i am so grateful for how easy and peaceful the whole team has made it. so grateful so happy.As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.
