455 ultra high profile mentor implants over the muscle - 41 yr old 3 kids

I had my first breast aug done at 25. Immediately was unhappy with the outcome. My doctor went Bigger than we discussed and I woke up with 34G breasts. Unfortunately at the Time could not afford to get them redone so 8 years later after I had my last child I decided to get them redone. Went from a 575 saline implant to a 425 silicone. They looked way better but I still wanted to go smaller. Both surgeries the docs went under the muscle which at the time was fine. About 6 years later I started lifting weights ALOT. I spoke with dr Arturo Munoz Meza and he agreed to do my surgery exactly how I wanted. We started the consultations about 4 months ago and decided to do the surgery next week. So far everything has been wonderful. I could not have had a better experience. I got to Mexico Wednesday morning and met with Consuelo (my patient coordinator). We chatted for a bit (was relieved that she spoke English because my Spanish isn’t great). I then paid the balance of my surgery and we headed downstairs to the lab to do my blood work an urinalysis. Once that was completed, she took me to lunch. My appt with the doctor was at 12:30 but he showed up a little early and I was already done with lunch so we started our consult. He spent almost 2 hrs with me going through my options, drawing on my body. Since I wasn’t a first time breast aug patient there were other things to consider such as new scar placement (I already had one around the nipple and one under my crease). Plus he needed to extract scar tissue out of my left breast so it wouldn’t pull on my skin anymore. We decided to go with a mentor memory gel ultra high profile implant 455cc so I could get more upper pole fullness and because I have a somewhat narrow chest.
The day of surgery Consuelo came to my hotel and picked me up. We went to the surgical center and waited. Dr came back in and we finalized our plan. He drew all over me again. I asked him if he could get rid of my bra roll and sculpt my arms (we had talked about it previously but I couldn’t decide). He said yes and I turned around and he started drawing on my back. He looked at my booty and asked if I wanted him to use the fat he was removing and put it in my butt. He said he would not charge me extra since it would not be a lot but it could round out my figure more and he is a perfectionist he wants me to have the best physique possible so I said yes. Best decision I’ve made even right now with the swelling I can tell! More updates to come :)

Finally in My new compression garment and going home. Everything has been going smoothly and finally took all my bandages off. Still sore and swollen but looking a lot better. My fiancé and i took a peek last night and nipple and everything look great. Just need a little time for the implants to settle.

My breast do not hurt at all most of the pain and bruising is from the liposculpture. It is getting better every day so I’m thinking by next week I should be good. Getting ready to check out of the medical hotel in a few hrs.
