Virtual Consultation: very professional and informative, but blunt delivery

In Summer 2020 I had a virtual consultation with Ivan Foo for a Breast Augmentation. Mr. Foo was very professional and very informative but his delivery was quite blunt. For the consultation, although free, it offered a limited amount of help because he hadn't seen my breasts or asked for photos before the meeting. 

He made my reasons for wanting a breast augmentation feel undeserving, there was a very large focus on the results not turning out the way I would want and a massive focus on the potential complications that could arise. I acknowledge this level of candor should be an admirable quality but it didn't make me feel comfortable or at ease. 

I didn't have a good gut feeling or a willingness to trust, I was also concerned about what his bedside manner may be like for my op when I would be nervous and vulnerable. He also couldn't proceed within the bounds of the pandemic. As a consequence, I haven't progressed beyond a virtual consultation with Mr. Foo.
