I'm pretty unhappy about mine and didn't get close to my wish pix. You can't even tell I have implants. I've ordered a fashion nova dress for vegas, and unfortunately it's really loose on the breast area because my girls are too small. The dress is pretty much a simple spaghetti stap dress too.

My girls are still small, and I'm still pretty disappointed. It is healing great, no pain, and no issues. I'm clear to workout, but still need to sleep on my back. I'm still feeling a little disappointed about the size. They still look like post partum boobs, so really what's the point of paying 7k postpartum boobs? My PS and nurse kept telling me that it will get bigger, but from reading many professional advices, the implant itself will not get bigger. Yes, it will drop and fluff but not much difference. Sigh. I definitely will not want to go through it all over again for another set small boobs.

No pain, no meds, and I can reach my arms up and stretch.
Boobs are more comfortable. Left is still high and still little to no progress.
