Scars have flattened out
WORTH IT
The incision scars were bulging especially on the right breast fold during the first 3 weeks of recovery. 4 weeks post op the scars are pretty much flat and look great. Implants are settling nicely. The pockets are still tight so the implants aren't as round as they should be yet. Once the skin loosens up they should look round. The 350cc moderate profile saline implants I had before are almost the same size and shape as the 415cc high profile silicone gel implants I have now. The empty shell of the saline implants must have been around 50cc in volume I'm guessing.

Dr Jugenburg did my butt implants about 8 years ago
490 cc and I returned to him to get my breast implants ( previously done elsewhere) replaced. The left implant fell to the side when I would lay on my back and the right would stay up. Drove me nuts. He fixed it and now they both stay up. Amazing work. See photo.
1 month post op. Implants still sit high. Slowly settling.
I'm 5,5..140 lb.. 415 cc high profile silicone gel.

I was told he doesn’t replace implants that other doctors have done!
He usually doesn't but dr Jugenburg did my butt years ago so he replaced the boobs and he knew how to do the capsulorrhaphy.
