Up to now this website had been really helpful for me so I decided to post my own journey too! I am getting my boobs done on May 2nd and so far I am really excited!
I asked for a natural look and my surgeon advised to choose between 270 to 300cc for the most natural results fitting my body - he told me when choosing the 270-300 no one would notice my implants. Recently I have had another consultation and I showed him some pictures of my desired look and we decided to order implants ranging from 300-350cc. I will post some of my wish pics!

Haven’t posted a pic of the way my boobs look atp. I wanted to take and post one just before getting into surgery because I wanted it to be as recent as possible since I’m working out a lot so my body might change. But since I’ve gotten some private messages I thought I might as well post a before already! I took this picture this morning, so 10 days before getting into surgery. Not the most clear picture but I will make sure to post another before if y’all want to :)
I’m still so unsure about the amount of cc’s though. I’m leaning towards 325cc. Yet i don’t want to go too big since im quite petite. Any opinions?

What’s your breast width? I would go with whichever implant is close to that diameter and then consider how much projection you want. If you go wider then you’ll have more roundness on the sides and it will look more augmented.
Many people say to go a smidge bigger than you think you want if you’re going under the muscle.
I went with a smidge bigger (0.25cm) diameter bigger. Just to feel like I got my money’s worth haha.
(I was fitted for a 265, but that sounded small so I got 295 instead.)
Technically it’s like 1 mm more projection, but in my mind it was close enough to 300 to justify my cost, if that makes any sense haha!

Thank you for your advice, literally everyone’s been telling me the same! My b breast width is 14 cm so my DR told me I could definitely go for a 325 or even bigger.

You could DEF go bigger if your bwd is 14cm!! I have the chart for a different brand (natrelle) and at 14 and moderate profile, it gives a suggested 485cc. And up to 600 if high profile.!

I would definitely go with 325 if you were originally thinking smaller than that. I drove myself crazy trying to pick a size because like you, I was also worried about them being too big. But my surgeon explained there really isn't a noticeable difference between 300 - 325 and maybe even between 300 and 350. Like someone else mentioned, what's most important is that the implant size/profile is close to your breast width and that is what determines how natural it looks

*Quick note: my surgery date is gonna be one day later than it was scheduled! Instead of may 2nd it wil now be may 3rd! <3
Today I had my final consultation appointment and am less worried about my boobs getting “too” big! We started by taking before pictures and Dr. piombino told me I already have such a nice “base” and shape which made me feel a lot more confident haha! He said my results will be amazing so i’ll take his word ;)
He ordered implant sizes ranging from 300-360 (also the 270) and he will lay them all out when I arrive for my surgery so I can pick one out. Up untill now I’m pretty sure about choosing the 325 but like I said, we will make the final decision on surgery day which I really like!
So so so excited!
