Love my Boobs, Shame About the Aftercare

Paul Banwell is amazing at what he does and I am very happy with my results.
The only downside with my experience is that I felt very rushed in my consultations, I felt that he wanted to get it over and done with and onto the next.
The aftercare was bad tbh, it was lucky I had The Mcindoe Centre to speak to but of course, their knowledge of cosmetic surgery is only small and I really could’ve done with an aftercare leaflet from the Banwell clinic and maybe a follow up call after my operation. I had a few questions that I needed answered but when I phoned the Banwell clinic they never answered or it would take over a week to get back to my voicemails.

I am pleased I will be seeing him for quite a few appointments after my op (spread out over a year) but it’s straight after the operation that I needed to speak to someone really.

The girls in his office are always so friendly & professional.

I would recommend Mr Banwell and I hope he takes my comments into consideration.
