Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Left Me Botched, Unethical and Careless Surgeon
When I first met Dr Chia, I was really pleased with how she came across as kind, confident and someone I could trust with my surgery.
After my first consult, things went downhill. Her team of nurses began to hound me for the downpayment. I should have saw this as a red flag but I assumed that Dr Chia was busy and they wanted to ensure I didn’t have to wait.
After the surgery, Dr Chia was really hard to reach. In fact, I had more face time with the nurses. I can attest to the fact that she does not prioritise follow up appointments. Scheduling appointments with her is pretty much impossible because she would rather see new potential plastic surgery patients.
I notice major asymmetry in my breasts that even my husband pointed out. The implants were placed too high and the result is extremely unnatural. When I mentioned this to Dr Chia, she laughed it off and said she could possible revise it a year later and then her nurses gave me another quote for about 25k.
I saw glowing reviews online and felt like she was the best option at the time. I feel it is my duty to be truthful and give my honest opinion. While she may be bubbly, she places profit over her patients results and well-being and I cannot recommend her to anyone. Her staff made me feel uncomfortable and I have already made a few consults with different surgeons to revise the work.
