i proceeded with 3 procedures at sw1 with dr chia and while it was overwhelming, i have always had close guidance from herself and the nurses who are always so quick to assist over whatsapp!! my upper and lower bleph turned out really natural which i am very happy with! during the markups before surgery, i communicated to dr chia on what i preferred for the height of my upper eyelid crease and the overall look ("in/out line" etc) and she immediately got what i meant. i trusted her vision and it rlly paid off. i also did UTM breast augmentation (245cc demi ergo1) and i can say for a fact that the size looks very natural on my frame dr chia will also patiently answer your queries despite having many patients which could lead to sessions feeling just a bit rushed some times! but there was once she stayed beyond operating hours to brief me on the double eyelid surgery since i suddenly decided on it during the second consult T_T overall it was a pleasant experience from the consult to transparent pricing and up to the recovery stage too :) i am glad i went ahead w the procedures and at sw1
