I had been struggling with asymmetrical eyelids for quite some time, and after reading numerous positive reviews online, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Chia Hui Ling. After undergoing upper blepharoplasty with her, I’m very happy with the results.

Dr. Chia is not only professional, she is very personable and easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was how attentively she listened to my concerns. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and remembered the small details from our discussions, which made me feel truly heard and valued. Her professionalism, expertise, and sincere attention to detail made the whole experience feel reassuring and seamless.

The clinic staff were also courteous and polite. I appreciated how well I was guided throughout the process, and whenever I had questions, I could easily reach out to the team via WhatsApp for prompt and helpful replies.

The procedure itself was fast, with minimal discomfort, and my recovery period was short with very little bruising. The results are so natural—even my close friends and family couldn’t tell. Dr. Chia’s skill is evident, and I highly recommend her!

I did double eyelid surgery with Dr Chia earlier this year and had great result. During the initial consultation, she did a thorough examination of the original state of my eyelids, listened carefully to my concerns and extensively discussed options to achieved my desired looks. She explains clearly how the procedures will go, with clear pros/cons and does not over-promised. Each interaction, including the post surgery reviews, was never rushed and she had been patient and professional to make sure she answer all concerns. In terms of technique, Dr Chia does 5-point sutures to create the double eyelids which are more lasting (most doctors do only 3-point sutures which has higher chances of loosening after couple of years). It is exactly the look i wanted and I'm satisfied.

I went to Dr Chia to correct tuberous breasts and to get an augmentation.

My breasts have always been a source of insecurity for me and i spent a long time researching what could be done to correct them. I tried for a long time to accept them believing nothing would fix it as surgery made me nervous as an expat living in singapore.

I came across DR chia when researching surgeons in SG who had experience with tuberous breasts but also when i was specifically looking for a female surgeon (which was surprisingly hard to find) i know a lot of people go overseas to try save on cost but i wasn’t comfortable doing this due to the correction needed and in case of complications etc.

The process from start to finish was incredible. Dr Chia was super friendly and kind and made me feel comfortable and listened to. I never once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable in any of my appointments which really helped me make a decision. I believe her being a woman adds to the sense of security and makes the process much more comfortable.

Now at roughly 6 months later i couldn’t be happier with my results, my life is truly changed. i feel so much more confident in myself and only wish i’d done this sooner. it’s given me such peace of mind and has made me feel a million times better in my own skin.

Dr Chia takes the time to photograph you, do a 3D modeling of what different implants and sizes will look like on your frame (which wasn’t too accurate for me due to the nature of tuberous breasts) but i especially liked that she doesn’t pressure you to go larger (as i’ve heard can be quite common with male surgeons) she takes the time to examine your frame and your proportions to ensure the sizing of the implants will suit you without adding bulk to your overall body. She is an incredible surgeon and did such a phenomenal job, my scaring is minimal and healing incredible well. i could not be happier.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 multi focal breast cancer and went through breast reconstruction surgery by Dr.Chia. Dr. Chia is one of the most empathetic persons I have met and her empathy is wonderfully complimented by her skill in plastic surgery. I had bigger saggy breasts and Dr.Chia used it to my advantage, performing oncoplastic reconstruction where the part of breast remaining after tumor removal was reconstructed and the other breast was reduced to match the size. Suffice to say that after almost a year, I look much better than I did before surgery. I had minimal issues following surgery and Dr. Chia and her team were a constant source of support throughout the process including support for insurance claims. She made one of the most traumatic experiences of my life bearable and for this I will always be thankful. I hope and pray no one has to go through this situation but if you ever have to go under the knife for any kind of plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Chia.

Dr Chia was professional and meticulous. I had asymmetrical eyelids and she also noticed one eye had looser skin. The procedure was smooth and healing was great too, after a month my eyelids are much more symmetrical and the extra space accounted for my eye with looser skin made it much more even now that the swelling is gone. I appreciate her expertise and experience that led to the final outcome!

Searching for the “breast augmentation surgeon Singapore” and came across SW1 with enough reviews for me to pay them a visit. Was assigned with Dr Chia Hui Ling. On the consultation day, Dr Chia listened to all my concerns and advised on the possible surgery procedure to rectify my asymmetry and sagging problems. As motiva also have the latest joy implants, Dr Chia did not push for that as she knew we needed to firm up the breasts so ergonomix 1 would be more ideal. Consultation went well and I paid for deposit on the day itself! One month later came the surgery day. I would say Dr Chia is one of little words and more actions, we don’t chat a lot but I trust her with my breasts. Everything went well on the day, anaesthetist was good, assuring everything is okay, and the next moment I know, I woke up with a pair of new breasts already. Nurses and staff at SW1 were very accommodating and welcoming during each visit. Follow ups via WhatsApp were very prompt as well. I am extremely pleased with Dr Chia’s work and would certainly go back to her if I do need any enhancement works for my body or face. No regrets choosing SW1!

I’ve dreamed of having a breast reduction for almost 20 years.

I’m from the U.K., and it’s very difficult to get this procedure done on the NHS. I was finally fortunate to have my treatment approved by my medical insurance here in Singapore, and my consultant (Dr Jendana from Thee Specialist Breast Clinic) referred me to Dr Chia at SW1 Clinic.

Since I work in Singapore, away from my family, you can imagine how daunting it is to face the prospect of placing your body and your life into the hands of professionals you don’t know, without the support of family.

I was put at ease by the ambience of the SW1 Clinic. It felt professional, clean, and with attention to detail. I was very nervous meeting Dr Chia, because you never know if doctors will take you seriously, or if my concerns would be fully addressed. However, like many others have said, Dr Chia made me feel completely at ease, despite the vulnerability that consultations and surgery comes with. I know my procedure would have been tricky since I was on the larger side for breast reductions (J-cup) but I felt the team Dr Chia worked with (Dr Jendana from The Specialist Breast Clinic, and Dr Paul Wong my anaesthetist) were incredible, literally a dream team! I felt so upbeat and positive having them come to check on me just before going into theatre, and the moments leading up to the anaesthesia I could tell I was in good hands with the whole medical team. They worked tireless for about 5.5 hours, I believe, and removed a whopping 3.1kg off my chest. I cannot thank Dr Chia and her team enough for leading me through this procedure and the unwavering care and support I’ve received from pre-op consultations, through the long surgery, and the post-op care during my hospital recovery and post-op consultations.

I’m only 1-week post op, but I still can’t believe I’ve had such a smooth, successful experience with results that definitely satisfy, and improve my quality of life way beyond my imagination (I’m roughly around a D-cup now).
